摘 要:2022年7月和2023年7月,于湖南省常德市和福建省南平市使用竖琴网采集到4只蝙蝠(2♂、2♀)。该批标本体型较小,前臂长35.28~36.37 mm;耳廓宽短顶端圆钝,耳屏短、肾型;毛发柔软茂密,相对较长,背毛及腹毛基部至毛尖均为深棕色至栗色;有萼片状距缘膜。颅骨较小,脑颅饱满圆润,人字嵴和矢状嵴明显;上颚较短,颧弓发达。上犬齿尖长,第一上前臼齿极小且位于齿列内侧;第一下前臼齿大小约为第二下前臼齿的一半;下臼齿为鼠耳蝠型臼齿。上述外形及头骨特征与卡氏伏翼Hypsugo cadornae相符;同时,基于COⅠ、cyt b基因构建的系统发育树亦支持该鉴定结果。此次为卡氏伏翼在中国分布的再发现,也是湖南省和福建省翼手目Chiroptera分布的新记录。In July 2022 and July 2023,4 bats(2♂,2♀)were collected by harp trap in Changde City,Hunan Province and Nanping City,Fujian Province,China.These specimens are small,with forearm lengths of 35.28-36.37 mm.The ears are broad and short with rounded tips,and the tragus are short with kidney-shaped.The pelage is soft,dense and relatively long,and the dorsal and ventral hairs were dark brown to chestnut in color from the base to the tips.Their skulls are small,with rounded cranium.The lambdoidal and sagittal crests are distinct.The upper jaw is short in length,and zygomatic arch is well-developed.The upper canines(C1)are long and pointed,and the first upper premolars(P2)are very smaller.The first lower premolar(P2)is about half size of the second lower premolar(P4).All the lower molars are myotodont-type.These morphological and cranial characteristics are consistent with those of Hypsugo cadornae,and the result of phylogenetic analysis based on the COⅠ and cyt b genes also supports this identification.Therefore,the specimens collected in this study represent a rediscovery of the rare species in China,as well as a new chiropteran record in Hunan and Fujian provinces.
