摘　　要：干扰素刺激基因20(interferon-stimulated gene 20,ISG20)属于DEDDh外切核酸酶家族,具有3′-5′端外切核酸酶活性,能降解RNA和DNA。ISG20在宿主抗病毒天然免疫应答中起着重要作用。此外,ISG20在特定疾病中的作用以及将其作为疾病的生物标志物等方面的研究同样具有重要生物学意义。本文综述了ISG20的概况,阐述了近些年来ISG20的抗病毒研究进展及其在疾病标记中的潜在用途,以期为ISG20抗病毒免疫研究和治疗疾病药物的开发提供参考。Interferon-stimulated gene 20(ISG20)belongs to the DEDDh exonuclease family.It has 3′-5′end exonuclease activity and can degrade RNA and DNA.ISG20 plays an important role in the hosts innate immune defense against virus.In addition,the role of ISG20 in specific diseases and the use of ISG20 as a biomarker of diseases have important biological significance.This article summarizes the general situation of ISG20,reviews the progress in antiviral research on ISG20 in recent years,and expounds its potential use in disease markers,in order to provide reference for further research on antiviral immunity and development of disease treatment drugs with ISG20.
