摘 要:针对某款4极10槽有刷直流电机,分析电枢绕组绕线分布对电磁力、振动的影响。采用解析法分析直流电机径向电磁力产生机理、阶次特征;采用有限元仿真分析不同绕线分布模型气隙磁场、径向电磁力的时间和空间阶次;结合振动测试、模态测试说明绕线分布差异产生的附加电磁力对振动影响的机理。结果表明,电枢绕线分布对电机电磁振动影响不容忽视,分析电机振动时需要考虑电枢绕线分布的影响。The impact of armature winding distribution on electromagnetic force and vibration was analyzed in a 4-pole 10-slot brushed DC motor with different winding distributions.The analytical methods were used to analyze the mechanism and order characteristics of radial electromagnetic force;finite element simulation was used to analyze the temporal and spatial orders of air gap magnetic field and radial electromagnetic force for different wingding distribution models;combining vibration testing and modal testing,explain the mechanism of additional electromagnetic force generated by difference in winding distribution on vibration.The results indicate that the influence of armature winding distribution on motor electromagnetic vibration cannot be ignored.It is necessary to consider the influence of armature winding distribution when analyzing motor vibration.
