摘　　要：高校贫困生作为大学生中的一个特殊群体,他们在经济压力、学业压力和社会期望等方面面临着更多的挑战。这些挑战往往会对他们的心理健康产生负面影响。因此,如何有效地对高校贫困生进行心理健康教育,提高他们的心理健康水平,就成为高校教育者们亟待解决的问题。文章旨在探讨高校贫困生心理健康教育的现状、问题及其影响因素,并提出相应的心理健康促进策略。As a special group of college students,poor college students are facing more challenges in economic pressure,academic pressure and social expectations.These challenges often have a negative impact on their mental health.Therefore,how to effectively carry out mental health education for poor college students and improve their mental health level has become an urgent problem that college educators need to solve.This paper aims to explore the present situation,problems and influencing factors of mental health education for poor college students,and put forward corresponding mental health promotion strategies.
