摘　　要：随着人口老龄化趋势的加剧,养老设施及建筑居住环境设计的重要性日益突显。本文通过分析养老设施和建筑居住环境的设计,探讨了其重要性、挑战和未来发展趋势。在养老设施设计分析中,强调了不同类型和功能设施的多样性,以及空间布局和流线设计的重要性。在建筑居住环境设计分析中,关注了室内和室外环境的要素,并解决老年人特殊需求的考虑。本文展望了未来发展趋势,包括智能化和技术应用的发展,以及绿色和可持续发展的建筑设计。With the intensification of the population aging trend,the importance of the design of elderly care facilities and building living environment is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper analyzes the design of elderly care facilities and building living environment,and discusses the importance,challenges,and future development trends.In the design analysis of elderly care facilities,the diversity of different types and functional facilities,as well as the importance of spatial layout and streamline design,are emphasized.In the design analysis of building living environment,the elements of the indoor and outdoor environment,as well as the consideration of special needs of the elderly,are emphasized.This paper looks forward to future development trends,including the development of intelligence and technological applications,as well as green and sustainable building design.
