摘　　要：楼地面套管敷设一般分为预埋套管和后置套管两种,预埋套管即为浇筑混凝土时设置,一次成型,对敷设质量要求较高;后置套管即混凝土浇筑时预留孔洞,管道敷设时放置套管,管道敷设后进行封堵,对封堵质量要求较高。套管施工过程中极易发生质量缺陷,影响工程质量,若大量返工,将会造成工期延误及经济损失。本文通过分析置地安庆中心及安徽建工肥东PC构件生产基地机电安装工程中套管敷设实例,以期给机电安装工程套管敷设提供宝贵经验。The casing installation on the floor is generally divided into two types:embedded casing and post-casing.The embedded casing refers to install casing when the concrete is poured,causing the formation at one time,which has high requirements for laying quality.The post-casing refers to reserve a hole when the concrete is poured,the casing is placed when the pipe is laid and plugged after the pipe is laid,which has higher requirements for plugging quality.Quality defects likely occur in the process of casing construction,affecting the quality of the project.If a great quantity of rework is required,it will cause construction delay and economic losses.This paper analyzes the casing installation examples in the mechanical and electrical installation projects of Landmark Anqing Center and Anhui Construction Engineering Feidong PC component production base,aiming to provide valuable experience for casing installation in mechanical and electrical installation projects.
