摘　　要：采用西门子S7-1500PLC,通过Profinet与V90驱动器通讯,控制伺服电机初步定位、接近开关找准位置二次定位、机械插销准确限位三种方式相结合,设计了一种实用高效的智能换炉车控制系统。换炉车运行平稳、快速且可靠,大大提升了换炉效率。Using Siemens S7-1500PLC,through Profinet communication with V90 drive,control servo motor preliminary positioning,proximity switch accurate position secondary positioning,mechanical bolt accurate limit three ways to design,a practical and efficient intelligent furnace change vehicle control system was designed.The furnace changer runs smoothly,quickly and reliably,which greatly improves the efficiency of the furnace changer.
