摘  要:本文介绍一款新型发动机缸盖的复杂水套砂芯优化设计,及其覆膜砂制芯热芯盒模具设计制造与生产验证过程。其中水套砂芯三维模型的开发设计属于新产品开发的重点,我们通过三维模拟,3D打印实物模型修改验证,结合应用激光扫描逆向设计等技术手段,解决设计过程中遇到的各种问题,最终完成水套砂芯的优化设计。This paper introduces the optimization design of a new type of engine cylinder head with a complex water jacket sand core,as well as the design,manufacturing and production verification process of its coated sand core hot core box mold.Among them,the development and design of the three-dimensional model of the water jacket sand core belongs to the focus of new product development,and we solve various problems encountered in the design process through three-dimensional simulation,3D printing physical model modification and verification,combined with the application of laser scanning reverse design and other technical means,and finally complete the optimization design of the water jacket sand core.
