摘  要:为了简化铸铁件去应力效果的评价过程,以梳棉机盖板铸件为研究对象,从理论推导、虚拟仿真、试件测试三个角度对铸铁件的固有频率、残余应力及两者关系进行了研究。首先,推导了等截面梁形铸铁件固有频率与其残余应力关系的理论公式;其次,利用ANSYS和ProCAST软件分别对梳棉机盖板进行有限元模态分析和铸造残余应力分析;再次,对一组不同应力状态的梳棉机盖板试件,分别利用试验模态分析法和X射线衍射应力测量法测定其各阶固有频率和残余应力;最后,推导了利用固有频率计算铸铁件残余应力降低量的理论公式,并对实验数据进行线性最小二乘拟合。结果表明,等截面梁型铸铁件的残余应力与其一阶弯曲固有频率的平方成线性关系,利用这种线性关系可对铸铁件的去应力效果进行评估。In order to simplify the evaluation process of the stress relief effect of iron castings,the natural frequency,residual stress and the relationship between the natural frequency and residual stress of iron castings were studied from three perspectives:theoretical derivation,virtual simulation and specimen testing.Firstly,the theoretical formula of the relationship between the natural frequency and the residual stress of the beam castings of equal cross-section is derived.Secondly,ANSYS and ProCAST software were used to analyze the finite element mode and casting residual stress of the carding machine cover respectively.Thirdly,a group of carding machine cover specimens with different stress states were determined by experimental modal analysis and X-ray diffraction stress measurement method.Finally,the theoretical formula of calculating the residual stress reduction of iron castings by natural frequency is derived,and the experimental data are fitted by linear least squares.The results show that the residual stress of the iron castings with equal cross-section beam is linearly related to the square of the natural frequency of the first-order bending,and the stress relief effect of the castings can be evaluated by using this linear relationship.
