摘　　要：以XJM-S45浮选机为例,通过对其过流部件铸件质量缺陷及加工工艺的分析,提出了采用金属型板模具代替木质模具的铸造方案,同时改进机加工工艺,有效降低铸件重量,提升铸件质量,减少加工工艺步骤,实现全面提质增效。Taking the XJM-S45 flotation machine as an example,through the analysis of the quality defects and processing technology of the castings of its overflow parts,a casting scheme of using metal mold instead of wooden mold is proposed,and the machining technology is improved at the same time,so as to effectively reduce the weight of castings,improve the quality of castings,reduce the processing process steps,and achieve comprehensive quality and efficiency improvement.
