摘　　要：主要论述了制动鼓生产车间工艺及物流的规划设计,项目从规划设计、设备采购、建设到生产实施,充分考虑了自动化、智能化、绿色化,打造成本类产品生产的先进车间,成为行业典范。This paper mainly discusses the planning and design of the process and logistics of the brake drum production workshop,the project from the planning and design,equipment procurement,construction to the implementation of the production,full consideration of automation,intelligence,green,to create the cost of the production of products of advanced workshop,to become a model for the industry.
