摘　　要：对过去研究生培养模式中存在的问题进行剖析,分析协同创新背景下对基础医学研究生提出的新要求,探析“双导师制”培养模式的实施手段及价值体现,为提高基础医学研究生培养质量提供有益思路。To analyze the problems existing in the old training model for graduate students,analyze the new requirements for graduate students majored in basic medicine under the background of collaborative innovation,explore the implementation methods and value manifestations of the"dual mentor system"training model,and provide beneficial ideas for improving the training quality for graduate students majored in basic medicine.
