摘  要:针对可再生能源消纳及双碳战略需求,本文提出一种适应农村典型场景的多元能量系统协同规划方法。首先,综合农村多种典型场景构建一种适应农村典型场景的多元能量系统;然后,基于生物质直燃和厌氧发酵方式构建两种热电联产模型;最后,采用阶梯碳税和能源断供/弃能惩罚机制,综合考虑各项成本及可再生能源供能补贴和沼肥收益,以总成本最低为目标建立适应农村典型场景的多元能量系统协同规划模型。算例分析表明,所提方法可提高适应农村典型场景的多元能量系统的经济性、低碳性、可靠性和可再生能源消纳率。Aimed at the demand of renewable energy consumption and“Dual-carbon”strategy,a collaborative planning method for a multi-energy system adapted to rural typical scenario(RTS-MES)is proposed in this paper.First,a RTSMES is constructed by integrating various rural typical scenarios.Second,two types of combined heat and power(CHP)model are established based on biomass direct combustion and anaerobic fermentation,respectively.Finally,a collaborative planning model of RTS-MES is built with a goal of minimizing the total cost,which adopts ladder-type car⁃bon tax and an energy outage/abandonment penalty mechanism while comprehensively taking into account different costs,supply subsidy of renewable energy and profit of biogas fertilizer.The result of a case study shows that the pro⁃posed method can improve the economy,low-carbon performance,reliability and renewable energy consumption rate of RTS-MES.
