摘　　要：高质量协同是一体化建设背景下城乡公共文化服务发展战略的内在要求。文章在探析城乡公共文化服务高质量协同发展内涵的基础上,发现目前仍存在城乡文化生态分离、总揽全局意识不强、服务条件参差不齐等掣肘因素,并提出应坚持服务工具性和价值性相统一的思路,在多元战略的驱动下,以政策导向为行动指南,以“设计—供给—治理—保障”为过程逻辑来构建推进城乡公共文化服务高质量协同发展的方案。High-quality collaboration is an inherent requirement of the development strategy for urban and rural public cultural services in the context of integrated construction.Based on the exploration of the connotation of high-quality collaborative development of urban and rural public cultural services,the article finds that there are still constraints such as the separation of urban and rural cultural ecosystems,weak overall awareness,and uneven service conditions.It proposes to adhere to the idea of unifying service tools and values,under the drive of multiple strategies,using policy orientation as a guide for action,and constructing a plan to promote high-quality collaborative development of urban and rural public cultural services through the process logic of“design-supply-governance-guarantee”.
