摘　　要：随着生成式AI和大语言模型时代的来临,图书馆行业面临着巨大的机遇与挑战。文章通过解读IFLA及ARL应对生成式AI的策略与行动,探讨对我国公共图书馆在生成式AI时代发展策略的启示,即重点关注馆员AI素养培育与提升,提前规划与评估待引入的生成式AI技术的模式、规模与效能,并提出图书馆应当明确在MaaS全新商业模型下作为公共服务机构的定位。With the advent of generative AI and the era of large models,the library industry is facing tremendous opportunities and challenges.This article interprets the strategies and actions of IFLA and ARL in response to generative AI,and explores insights for the development strategy of public libraries in China in the era of generative AI.It includes focusing on the cultivation and enhancement of librarians’AI literacy,early planning and evaluation of the patterns,scale,and effectiveness of generative AI technologies to be introduced.The study also proposes that libraries should clearly define their positioning as public service institutions under the new Maas business model.
