摘  要:本文采用气相色谱法同时测定黄河水中的苯、甲苯、二甲苯。以氮气为载气,采用毛细管柱和ECD检测器,流速为20 mL/min。该方法采用顶空进样器进样,直接测定黄河水中的苯系物。在所采用的色谱条件下,苯系物各组分的分离度较好,线性方程的相关系数均可达到0.997,苯、甲苯、二甲苯的最低检出限分别为0.0061、0.0067、0.021 mg/L,平均加标回收率在92.3%~97.6%之间。该方法灵敏度高、简便准确,可用于地表水中苯系物含量的测定。This study employs gas chromatography to simultaneously determine the levels of benzene,toluene,and xylene in Yellow River water.Using nitrogen as the carrier gas,a capillary column,and an ECD detector,the flow rate was set at 20 mL/min.The method utilizes a headspace sampler for direct injection to measure benzene series compounds in Yellow River water.Under the chromatographic conditions used,the separation of benzene series components was satisfactory,with correlation coefficients of the linear equations reaching 0.997.The detection limits for benzene,toluene,and xylene were 0.0061 mg/L,0.0067 mg/L,and 0.021 mg/L,respectively.The average spiked recovery rates ranged from 92.3%to 97.6%.This method is highly sensitive,simple,and accurate,making it suitable for determining the content of benzene series compounds in surface water.
