摘 要:中国特色高校治理体系的建设需要发挥大学内部主体的能动性。高校学生干部履职频频失效,导致其参与大学治理的构想尚未充分落实。在角色理论视域下,采用参与式观察法与访谈法,研究发现高校学生干部的角色失调存在角色模糊、角色距离、角色冲突与角色压力四种形式。出于不同的角色意识和调试态度,高校学生干部会对角色失调问题做出不同类型的应对方式,无效的应对往往会加剧失调样态的复杂性。研究分析显示,角色互动机制在脚本低劣、链条断裂、共振失效与环境凝滞等方面的漏洞致使失调顽疾长期存在,应从角色主体与互动结构双方予以调适,以期优化高校管理生态。The construction of the governance system of universities with Chinese characteristics needs to give full play to the initiative of the internal subjects of universities,while the student cadres in universities frequently fail to perform their duties,which leads to the idea of their participation in university governance has not been fully implemented.From the role-theoretic point of view,through participatory observation and interviews,it was found that the role imbalances of university cadres exist in four forms:role ambiguity,role distance,role conflict and role pressure.Due to their different role awareness and debugging attitudes,university cadres respond to the role imbalance problem with different types of responses,and ineffective responses tend to exacerbate the complexity of the imbalance.Through research and analysis,the loopholes in the role interaction mechanism,such as poor script,broken chain,resonance failure and environmental stagnation,have caused the maladjustment for a long time,and should be adjusted from both the role subject and the interaction structure in order to optimize the management ecology of colleges and universities.
