摘 要:微通道板(Micro-channel Plate,简称MCP)有上百万通孔,MCP部件输入面防离子反馈膜的制备需要连续致密的有机膜做临时载体,因此有机膜是MCP防离子反馈膜制备的一项重要影响因素,为了满足防离子反馈MCP部件批量化生产的需求,需要提高有机膜的制作效率及合格率。本文分析了提高有机膜制作成品率的方法,使有机膜的成品率提升30个百分点,这对于MCP部件制备成品率及效率的提升具有重要意义,同时MCP部件制备用有机膜溶液配制技术对于高可靠性像管三代化的实现也具有重要的推动作用。Micro-channel plates(MCPs)feature millions of through-holes.Preparing an ion barrier film(IBF)on the input surface of MCP components requires a continuous and dense organic film as a temporary carrier.Therefore,organic membranes are crucial in the preparation of IBF-MCPs.To meet the demand for mass production of IBF-MCP components,improving the production efficiency and qualification rate of organic films is essential.This study analyzed methods to enhance the yield of organic film production,resulting in a 30 percentage point increase in yield.This improvement is significant for boosting the efficiency and success rate of MCP component preparation.Additionally,the technology for preparing organic membrane solutions for MCP components is vital in advancing the development of third-generation highly reliable image tubes.
