摘　　要：对既有建筑进行节能改造有效降低能耗、改善居民生活条件的重要举措。文中结合大连地区近年来既有建筑节能改造工程质量监管实际情况,从质量行为管理、材料进场控制、施工过程控制和工程验收等方面,详细论述各个环节的质量监管要点,设计出一套有效的质量监管体系,为各参建责任主体能够高标准进行节能改造,确保工程质量提供制度保障。Undertaking energy-saving renovations for existing buildings is an important measure effectively reduce energy consumption,and improve the living conditions of residents.The paper,in conjunction with the actual situation of quality supervision of energy-saving renovation engineering for existing buildings in the Dalian area in recent years,elaborates on the key points of quality supervision in various aspects such as quality behavior management,material entry control,construction process control,and project acceptance.A set of effective quality supervision systems is designed to provide institutional guarantees for all participating responsible entities to carry out energy-saving renovations to high standards and ensure project quality.
