摘 要:在配电网发生故障的情况下,为缓解配电网运行的压力以及减少电动汽车由于无法充电导致车辆堆积、车祸等情况,以节点电压为目标函数,建立配电网重构数学模型,并改进和声算法对配电网重构问题进行求解;通过线性加权和法,以最小化电动汽车行驶距离、充电费用为目标函数,通过确定从原点到终点的最佳路线,为电动汽车寻找最优的行径路线。该模型是一个混合整数约束规划问题,通过实例验证说明在配电网故障情况下,该模型能有效地解决车辆路径优化问题。In the case of distribution network failure,to relieve the pressure on distribution network operation and reduce the accumulation of electric vehicle due to inability to charge,car accidents and other situations,this paper took the node voltage as the objective function,established the mathematical model of distribution network reconstruction,and improved the harmonic algorithm to solve the distribution network reconstruction problem.The linear weighted sum method was used to minimize the driving distance and charging cost of electric vehicles as objective functions,and the optimal route was found for electric vehicles by determining the best route from the origin to the end poin.This model was a mixed integer constrained programming problem.An experimental example was given to prove that this model could effectively solve the vehicle routing optimization problem in the case of distribution network failure.
