摘 要:文章旨在研究绿原酸对慢性热应激肉仔鸡肠道屏障保护作用。试验选用28日龄的AA肉仔鸡240只,随机分为4组,对照组(Control组)饲养温度为(22±2)℃,其他3组饲养温度为(30±2)℃,其中慢性热应激组(HS组)每日饲喂基础日粮,绿原酸低剂量组和绿原酸高剂量组在基础日粮外的基础上分别添加绿原酸300 mg/kg和600 mg/kg,试验为期28 d。试验对肉仔鸡生长性能、肠道抗氧化指标、炎性因子、热休克蛋白及屏障完整性相关蛋白基因表达进行了检测。结果表明,与HS组相比,在基础日粮中添加600 mg/kg绿原酸能显著提高其平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05),显著提高热应激肉仔鸡肠道超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性(P<0.05),显著降低过氧化代谢物丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P<0.05),显著抑制炎性因子白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)浓度(P<0.05),显著提高IL-10抗炎性因子的含量(P<0.05),显著降低热休克蛋白HSP27、HSP70、HSP90的基因表达(P<0.05),并显著促进与维持肠道屏障完整性相关的黏附蛋白Claudin1、Occludin和紧密连接蛋白ZO-1的基因表达(P<0.05)。综上所述,绿原酸能减少高温环境对肉仔鸡肠道造成的氧化应激,减少了肠道炎性因子分泌,显著提高肉仔鸡肠道组织抗热应激的能力,维持了肠组织屏障的完整性。The study aims to investigate the protective effect of chlorogenic acid on the intestinal barrier of broiler under chronic heat stress.240 AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group with a feeding temperature of(22±2)℃,and the other three groups with a feeding temperature of(30±2)℃.The chronic heat stress group(HS group)was fed with the basic diet daily,while the low-dose(LCA group)and high-dose chlorogenic acid groups(HCA group)were supplemented with chlorogenic acid at 300 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg,respectively.The production performance,intestinal antioxidant indica-tors,inflammatory factors,heat shock proteins,and barrier integrity-related protein expression were tested.The results showed that 600 mg/kg chlorogenic acid in the basic diet could promote the growth performance of heat-stressed broilers and significantly increase the ADG(P<0.05),significantly im-proved the activity of SOD and CAT in the intesti-nal tract of heat-stressed broilers(P<0.05),signifi-cantly reduced the content of peroxides MDA(P<0.05),significantly inhibited the concentration of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α(P<0.05),significantly increased the content of IL-10(P<0.05),signifi-cantly reduced the gene expression of HSP27,HSP70,and HSP90(P<0.05),and significantly promoted the gene expression of Claudin1,Occludin,and ZO-1(P<0.05).In summary,the chlorogenic acid can re-duce oxidative stress caused by high temperature environments on the intestines of broiler,reduce the se-cretion of inflammatory factors in the intestines,significantly improve the ability of intestinal tissues to re-sist heat stress,and maintain the integrity of the intestinal tissue barrier.
