摘 要:文章旨在探究湖羊在全程补饲可溶性碳水化合物对窝产3羔羔羊生长性能与血液生化指标的影响。试验动物为18窝54只窝产3羔湖羊羔羊,分为3组:对照组、处理1组、处理2组,对照组、处理1组、处理2组羔羊正常吮乳,分别补饲70%精料颗粒料+30%花生秧草段、70%精料颗粒料+30%花生秧草段+0.1%复合益生菌、100%精料颗粒料。预试期15天,正试期30天。结果表明:①3组羔羊生长性能差异不显著(P>0.05),其中处理2组表现较好。具体表现为:全期处理2组干物质采食量(DMI)、平均净增重(ANG)、平均日增重(ADG)高出对照组、处理1组61.30%、59.66%,22.31%、27.21%,19.05%、25.00%。②处理2组羔羊血浆肌酐(Cr)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),高密度胆固醇(HDL-C)显著高于对照组和处理1组(P<0.05),处理2组血浆谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各组间其余生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,在试验条件下,对于窝产3羔湖羊羔羊,全程补饲可溶性碳水化合物,较补饲长干草饲草纤维具有更好的生长效果。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of water-soluble carbohydrate supple mentation and probiotics on growth performance and plasma metabolites on Hu triple-born lambs.A total of 18 litters of 54 Hu triple-born lambs were randomly divided into 3 groups:control,treatment 1,and treatment 2.Lambs in control,treatment 1 and treatment 2 were normally given to suckling and were supplemented with 70%con-centrate pellets and 30%peanut vine hay;70%concentrate pellets,30%peanut vine hay,and 0.1%probiotics;and 100%concentrate pellets,respec-tively.The results showed as follows:①there was no difference in growth performance among 3 groups of lambs,however,treatment 2 had the best measurements.In detail,treatment 2 resulted in 61.30%and 59.66%,22.31%and 27.21%,and 19.05%and 25.00%higher dry matter intake(DMI),average net gain(ANG),and average daily gain(ADG)relative to control and treatment 1,respectively.②Plasma creatinine(Cr)in treatment 2 was significantly lower than control(P<0.05).High density cholesterol(HDL-C)was significantly higher than the control group and treatment group 1(P<0.05).Plasma levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in treatment 2 were signifi-cantly higher than those in control(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other biochemical in-dicators among the groups(P>0.05).Under the conditions of this experiment,supplementation of water-soluble carbohydrate starter has better growth effect and plasma metabolites than supplementation of long hay fiber for the triplets lambs of Hu triple-born lambs.
