摘 要:试验旨在研究饮水中添加不同浓度的盐酸对KM小鼠生长发育与血液生化指标的影响。试验选用40只体重相近的雄性KM小鼠,随机分为4组,A组为对照组(无菌水,pH7.2),B、C、D组为盐酸处理组(pH分别为4.0、3.0、2.5),小鼠自由采食饮水,试验期5周,检测指标为体重、体成分(脂肪、肌肉、游离水)以及血液生化指标。结果表明:①与A组相比,B、C和D组KM小鼠的体重、体成分含量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。②酸化水对各组血清白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、总蛋白(TP)、总胆红素(T-BIL)、尿素(UREA)、肌酐(CREA)、空腹血糖(GLU)、胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)浓度及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。③与A组相比,第1、2、3、5周部分酸化水组天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活性显著提高(P<0.05);第1、4、5周部分酸化水组血钙(Ca)浓度显著提高(P<0.05);第4周C组血磷(P)浓度显著提高(P<0.05)。各项生化指标虽有波动但也在正常范围内。由此可见,不同pH的酸化水对KM小鼠的主要生物学性状无显著影响。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different levels of hydrochloric acid added to drinking water on growth and blood biochemical indexes of KM mice.Forty male KM mice of similar body weight were selected for this experiment,the mice were randomly divided into four groups,group A was the control group(sterile water,pH7.2),group B,C and D were treated with hydrochloric acid(pH 4.0,3.0 and 2.5,respectively).The mice were fed and watered freely for 5 weeks.The body weight,body composition(fat,lean,free water)and blood biochemical indexes were detected.The results showed as follows:①compared with group A,there were no significant differences in body weight and body composition among KM mice in groups B,C and D(P>0.05).②Acified water had no significant ef-fect on ALB,GLB,TP,T-BIL,UREA,CREA,GLU,TC and TG concentrations and ALT activity in each group(P>0.05).③Compared with group A,AST activity was significantly increased at weeks 1,2,3,and 5(P<0.05);Ca concentration was significantly increased in weeks 1,4,and 5(P<0.05);and P concentra-tion in Group C was significantly increased at week 4(P<0.05).The biochemical indexes fluctuated but were within the normal range.In conclusion,acidified water with different pH values has no significant effect on the main biological characteristics of KM mice.
