摘　　要：本文旨在探讨电子健康卡应用与电子健康档案建设的相关性,以及它们对个人健康管理、医疗服务提供和公共卫生监测等方面的影响和价值。本文采用文献综述的方法回顾了电子健康卡应用和电子健康档案建设的发展历程,介绍了电子健康卡应用的功能和应用场景,进一步探讨了电子健康卡应用和电子健康档案建设在不同国家和地区的实施情况,并优化其技术和政策支持,以实现更好的效果和价值。This paper aims to explore the correlation between the application of electronic health card and the construction of electronic health file,as well as their impact and value on personal health management,medical service provision and public health monitoring.This paper reviews the development process of electronic health card application and electronic health file construction by means of literature review,introduces the application functions and application scenarios of electronic health card,further discusses the implementation of electronic health card application and electronic health file construction in different countries and regions,and optimizes its technical and policy support to achieve better effect and value.
