摘　　要：本文针对公司离退中心提出的统一管理,实时信息共享等需求,结合人员基础信息复杂、社区管理分散混乱、各自为政等实际情况,提出基于浏览器/服务器架构的网上离退休人员管理系统的基本设计。该系统应用软件工程方法,划分七大功能模块区,通过集中授权、分区执行、弱化社区职能等方式,实现了公司离退中心统一制度、统一信息、统一管理的工作目标。This paperarticle addresses the requirements for unified management and real-time information sharing proposed by the company’s retiredexit center.Considering the complex basic information of personnel,scattered and chaotic community management,and the actual situation of each acting independently and other actual situations,Propose the basic design requirements for an online retired personnel management system based on browser/server architecture is proposed.This system usesUsing software engineering methods,divides the seven functional module areas,and into centralized authorization,partitioned execution,and weakened community functions.To achieves the goal of unifying the system,information,and management of the company’s retiredexit center through centralized authorization,partitioned execution,and weakened community functions..
