摘  要:在城市道路工程项目管理中,为更好地进行进度控制、质量控制、造价控制等,工程技术人员提出了针对工程某个阶段或某项管理职能的工程分解结构(Engineering Breakdown Structure,EBS)。BIM(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术及基于BIM技术的全寿命周期信息集成应用在城市道路工程项目管理中的普及,对EBS的划分提出了更高的要求。为了适应BIM技术应用的需要,明确工程全寿命周期管理的对象,本文分析了既有工程分解结构的特点和不足,结合实际工程管理的经验,给出了适用于全寿命周期BIM技术应用的工程结构分解的基本准则和方法。In the urban road engineering project management,in order to better carry out progress control,quality control and cost control,the engineering technical personnel propose an Engineering Breakdown Structure(EBS)for a certain stage or a certain management function of the project.The popularization of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology and the integrated application of BIM-based whole-life-cycle information in urban road engineering project management propose higher requirements for the division of EBS.In order to meet the needs of BIM technology application and clarify the object of project whole-life-cycle management,this paper analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing EBS,and gives the basic criteria and methods for EBS suitable for the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle based on the experience of actual engineering management.
