摘　　要：环城生态区是成都市为防止城市蔓延、改善城市生态环境采取的重要举措。本文从城市的角度看环城生态区的建设实践,以成都市确定产业功能区规划、公园城市理念的提出为节点,将环城生态区的建设实践分为三个阶段,探究每一个阶段的城市发展诉求,以及环城生态区的规划应对、空间与社会治理手段、主要功能及价值的变迁,总结经验与得失,以期为其他城市建设可持续发展的人居环境、协调处理保护与发展的长期矛盾提供启示。The Outer-Ring Ecological Zone is an important initiative taken by Chengdu to prevent urban sprawl and improve the city's ecological environment.Looking at the construction practice of the city-ring eco-zone from urban perspective,the construction practice of the Outer-Ring Ecological Zone is divided into three phases,taking determining the planning of industrial functional zones and the introduction of the concept of a park city as the nodes.This paper explores the urban development demands of each stage and the changes in the planning response,spatial and social governance means,main functions and values of the eco-region,and summarizes the experiences,gains and losses,so as to provide inspiration for other cities to build sustainable human environments and to harmonize the long-term contradiction between conservation and development.
