摘　　要：为克服多炉并联母管制给水系统中锅炉汽包水位控制以及给水压力控制之间存在的耦合,将水位控制过程与给水压力控制过程解耦,采用锅炉上水调门调节汽包水位,变频给水泵调节给水母管压力的控制策略:水位控制中采用主调调节水位,副调调节流量的串级三冲量调节方式,及时响应外界的流量需求和修正汽包水位的内扰;给水母管压力控制中,通过被调量的灵活选择、控制器的变参数以及自平衡模块和偏置的应用,实现对给水压力的快速有效调节。经过试验验证,调节效果良好。In order to overcome the coupling effect between boiler drum water level control and feed water pressure control in multi-furnace parallel main pipe feed water supply system,this paper decouples the water level control process from the feed water pressure control process,then adopts the control strategy of boiler upper water regulator to adjust drum water level and variable frequency feed pump to adjust the pressure of jellyfish tube.In the water level control,the cascade three-impulse regulation mode of main regulation and secondary regulation is adopted to respond to the external flow demand and correct the internal disturbance of drum water level in time.In the pressure control of the feedwater tube,the flexible selection of the adjustable quantity,the variable parameters of the controller and the application of self-balancing module and bias can realize the fast and effective regulation of the feedwater pressure.
