摘 要:介绍了一种基于PLC的风机智能控制及能耗监测系统的设计方案。该系统利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为核心控制单元,通过Modbus通信协议实现风机的智能控制和能耗监测。系统采用了智能电表、电流互感器、变频器等设备,通过PLC完成对风机的控制和数据采集,并通过触摸屏实现人机交互界面。系统支持多种风机工作模式,并能实时监测能耗和报警信息。该系统具有开放性、稳定性和可靠性,适用于化工领域的风机控制和能耗管理。This paper introduces a design scheme of an intelligent control and energy consumption monitoring system for fans based on PLC.The system utilizes a programmable logic controller(PLC)as the core control unit and achieves intelligent control and energy consumption monitoring of the fan through Modbus communication protocol.The system adopts intelligent electricity meters,current transformers,frequency converters and other equipment,and controls the fan and collects data through PLC.The human-machine interface is also achieved through touch screen.The system supports multiple fan operating modes and can monitor energy consumption and alarm information in real-time.This system has openness,stability,and reliability,and is suitable for fan control and energy consumption management in the chemical industry.
