摘 要:软土地基天然含水率高、抗剪强度低,在其上修筑堤防易出现沉降变形过大、产生裂缝等现象。以杜家台分蓄洪区外围新合堤加固工程为例,除其软土地基外,堤防施工填筑速率和堤顶加载也是出现裂缝的重要要原因。通过对参数复核、修正,再利用反算参数进行方案计算确定最终加固方案进行施工,堤防运行4年后再进行达标加固,截止目前堤防均运行良好,说明采取的设置平台和填塘固基的处理措施对新合堤是合适的。Soft soil foundation is of high natural water content and low shear strength.Embankment on soft soil foundation is prone to excessive settlement deformation and cracking.Taking the reinforcement work of the new embankment around the Dujiatai flood diversion and storage area as an example,possible causes of cracks in the reinforced embankment on soft soil foundation are analyzed.The results show that besides the influence of the soft soil foundation,the filling rate of the embankment construction and the loading on the embankment top are also important reasons for the occurrence of cracks.With the re-checking and correction of the parameters,a final reinforcement construction scheme is determined with the back calculation parameters that the embankment should be reinforced after four years of operation.Practice shows that the embankment has been operating well as for now,indicating the treatment measures to arrange terraces and strengthen foundation with pond filling are appropriate for new embankment.
