彩照纸基油墨边渗性能和背印均匀性影响研究

摘　　要：通过表面活性剂、乙醇和乙二醇加入水性凹版油墨后对在彩照原纸上印刷图像油墨边渗性能的影响研究,明确了在油墨中加入乙二醇会严重影响彩照原纸的油墨边渗性能。油墨中加入表面活性剂对原纸的油墨边渗性能有一定的影响,需要尽量减少油墨中的表面活性剂用量。油墨中加入乙醇不会对原纸的油墨边渗产生影响,同时由于乙醇会增加油墨在原纸中的渗透性,使得被转印到原纸表面的油墨能快速渗入而“瞬干”,改善油墨印刷均匀性。使用一定浓度的乙醇来稀释油墨能够同时保证背印均匀和生产稳健。The effects of surfactants,ethanol and ethylene glycol added to water⁃based gravure ink on the edge penetration performance of printing ink on color printing base paper were studied in this paper.It was clear that adding ethylene glycol to the ink would seriously affect the edge penetration performance of printing ink on paper.Adding surfactants to ink has a certain effect on the ink edge penetration performance of the paper,so the amount of surfactants in the ink should be reduced as much as possible,adding ethanol to ink will not affect the ink edge penetration of the paper,and at the same time,because ethanol will increase the permeability of ink in the base paper,the ink transferred to the surface of the base paper can quickly penetrate and"dry",improving the uniformity of ink printing.Using a certain concentration of ethanol to dilute the ink can ensure uniform back printing and robust production at the same time.
