烧山火针刺手法结合隔附子饼温针灸治疗肾阳亏虚型良性前列腺增生临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察烧山火针刺手法结合隔附子饼温针灸治疗肾阳亏虚型良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法:60例肾阳亏虚型良性前列腺增生患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用烧山火针刺手法结合隔附子饼温针灸,1次/d,5次为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。对照组口服坦索罗辛缓释胶囊,1次/d,连续服用1个月。两组患者均治疗1个月后观察疗效,并于治疗结束4周后随访,观察两组患者I-PSS评分、中医症状积分和膀胱残余尿量。结果:治疗后两组患者I-PSS评分、中医症状评积分和膀胱残余尿量均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),对照组总有效率为73.33%(22/30),治疗组愈显效率53.3%(16/30),对照组愈显率23.3%(7/30),两组临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:烧山火针刺手法结合隔附子饼温针灸能有效改善肾阳亏虚型良性前列腺增生的各项症状,降低膀胱残余尿量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of heat-producing needling combined with Fuzi cake-separated needle-warming moxibustion in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)of Kidney-Yang deficiency type.Methods:60 patients with BPH conforming to Kidney-Yang deficiency type were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with heat-producing needling combined with Fuzi cake-separated needle-warming moxibustion,once daily,with 5 treatment making up one course of treatment;there was a two-day break between courses,with a total of 4 courses of treatment.The control group was orally administered Tamsulosin Ssustained-release Capsule,at a conventional dosage,once a day for a continuous month.The efficacy was observed after one month of treatment.The I-PSS score,TCM symptoms score and bladder residual urine volume were observed after the treatment and at the time of 4 weeks after the treatment.Results:The I-PSS score,TCM symptoms score and bladder residual urine volume were decreased after the treatment and at the time of 4 weeks after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%(28/30),which was higher than 73.3%(22/30)of the control group(P<0.05).The remarkable effective rate of the treatment group was 53.3%(16/30),which was significantly higher than 23.3%(7/30)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat-producing needling combined with Fuzi cake-separated needle-warming moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms of BPH of Kidney-Yang deficiency type,it can significantly reduce the residual urine volume of bladder,and the effect is better than that of the Western medication.
