摘 要:先天性外中耳畸形是引起听力缺陷和容貌损害的五官严重畸形,人工听觉技术是外中耳畸形患者听觉康复的重要手段。骨传导助听器可绕过外耳道、中耳结构产生听觉,非常适用于外中耳畸形患者。近年来,最新型骨传导助听器也已进入中国市场。本文就骨传导助听器在先天性外中耳畸形中的应用进展进行介绍。The congenital malformations of outer and middle ear are a serious condition that can lead to hearing and cosmetic defects.Artificial hearing technology plays a crucial role in auditory rehabilitation for patients with microtia.Bone conduction hearing aids are particularly suitable for patients with microtia as they can bypass the external auditory canal and middle ear structure to provide sound perception.In recent years,the latest bone conduction hearing aids have also been introduced into the Chinese market.This article provides an overview of the advancements in bone conduction hearing aids for individuals with congenital outer and middle ear malformations.
