内置空心楼板施工技术在某工程中的应用

摘　　要：内置式现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构在商场、图书馆、超市、停车场、中小学教学楼等多层公共建筑中常被采用。通过实际工程应用,不难发现混凝土板面的质量难以控制,本文针对施工中存在的质量问题,通过置入内模于混凝土空心楼板中,不仅减轻自重,减少混凝土用量,而且增大了跨度,有效降低了楼层层高,具有良好的隔音隔热效果。The built-in cast-in-place concrete hollow floor structure is often used in multi-storey public buildings such as shopping malls,libraries,supermarkets,parking lots,primary and secondary school teaching buildings,etc.Through practical engineering application,it is not difficult to find the quality of the concrete slab is difficult to control,in view of the quality problems existing in construction,an internal mold is inserted into the built-in cast-in-place concrete hollow floor,thus reduce the weight,reduce the amount of concrete,increase the span,reduce the height,and has a good sound insulation effect.compared with the traditional construction technology,it can save the amount of concrete and reinforcement,and reduce the comprehensive cost.
