摘 要:浆体长距离管道输送广泛应用于工业企业,能为企业带来可观的社会效益和经济效益。沉淀是管道输送故障的主要因素,为了提高浆体管道输送的可靠性和稳定性,在管道输送系统中安装计量器具,监测浆体浓度、压力、流量等运行参数,合理控制浆体运行参数范围,可以防止出现浆体沉淀,保证浆体管道输送安全稳定运行。The long-distance pipeline transportation of slurry is widely used in industrial enterprises,which can bring considerable social and economic benefits to enterprises.Sedimentation is the main fault factor in pipeline transportation.In order to improve the reliability and stability of slurry pipeline transportation,measuring instruments are installed in the pipeline transportation system to monitor the operating parameters such as slurry concentration,pressure,and flow rate.Reasonable control of the range of slurry operating parameters can prevent slurry sedimentation and ensure the safe and stable operation of slurry pipeline transportation.
