下穿铁路涵洞顶进施工技术应用探究

摘　　要：下穿铁路涵洞顶进施工技术旨在解决城市地面交通拥堵问题,同时确保铁路运营的持续性和安全性。下穿铁路涵洞顶进施工技术能够在铁路运营不受干扰的情况下建造涵洞,在铁路两侧挖掘工作坑并建立临时支撑结构,确保了铁路运营的安全。在地面上预制并组装涵洞,并在铁路运营停止期间进行施工。利用顶进设备将预制好的涵洞逐步推进到铁路下方,同时监控铁路的沉降情况。在顶进过程中,采取了专业的铁路保护措施,如铺设防护垫和使用滑轮系统,以减少对铁路的损害。施工过程中还通过安装在铁路两侧的监测设备,实时监控铁路的沉降和位移情况。研究结果表明,通过顶进施工技术成功地将涵洞顶进到铁路下方,铁路的沉降和位移得到了有效控制。涵洞结构稳定,满足了交通规划的需求。下穿铁路涵洞顶进施工技术是一种有效的解决方案,其确保了铁路的安全运营,还增加了城市交通规划的灵活性。The construction technology of underpass railway culvert jacking aims to solve the problem of urban ground traffic congestion,while ensuring the continuity and safety of railway operation.This study adopted top-down construction technology,which can construct culverts without interference to railway operations.Excavate work pits on both sides of the railway and establish temporary support structures to ensure the safety of railway operations.Prefabricate and assemble culverts on the ground and carry out construction during the cessation of railway operations.Use jacking equipment to gradually push the prefabricated culvert under the railway,while monitoring the settlement of the railway.During the jacking process,professional railway protection measures were taken,such as laying protective pads and using pulley systems,to reduce damage to the railway.During the construction process,monitoring equipment installed on both sides of the railway is also used to monitor the settlement and displacement of the railway in real time.The results indicate that the culvert was successfully pushed under the railway through the top-down construction technology,and the settlement and displacement of the railway were effectively controlled.The culvert structure is stable and meets the needs of transportation planning.The top-down construction technology of underpass railway culverts is an effective solution,which ensures the safe operation of railways and increases the flexibility of urban transportation planning.The development and application of this technology have also provided valuable experience for similar projects.
