摘  要:针对Tokamak试验装置冷却水系统,采用两个独立的循环冷却水回路冷却降温设计方案,同时两个循环冷却水回路以存有一定量水的水箱连接,试验装置释放的高温水与制冷装置制出的低温水以混合的方式控制冷却水的温升,稳定水温波动并蓄热,为制冷装置的运行和降低制冷装置容量提供先决条件,以定流量、定温差的方式实现了试验装置定流量、变温差冷却水的冷却降温,并达到试验装置进水温度恒定的要求。按此方案设计的冷却水系统建成并投入使用,取得了良好的冷却效果。For the cooling water system of the Tokamak test device,two independent circulating cooling water circuits are adopted for cooling and cooling design.At the same time,the two circulating cooling water circuits are connected to a water tank containing a certain amount of water.The high temperature water released by the test device is mixed with the low temperature water produced by the refrigeration device to control the temperature rise of the cooling water,stabilize the water temperature fluctuation and store heat.This provides a prerequisite for the operation of the refrigeration device and reduces the capacity of the refrigeration device.The cooling and cooling of the cooling water with constant flow rate and temperature difference in the test device are achieved through constant flow rate and temperature difference,and the requirement of constant inlet temperature of the test device is achieved.The cooling water system designed according to this plan has been completed and put into use,which can achieve good cooling effects.
