摘 要:爆破漏斗试验是确定合理爆破参数的重要手段,而炮孔直径会影响爆破漏斗试验结果。为研究孔径对爆破漏斗的试验结果影响,采用数值模拟软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA共建立6组不同孔径的爆破漏斗模型,通过计算获得最佳比例埋深随孔径变化的规律。研究结果表明,在有限的孔径区间内,爆破漏斗最佳比例埋深随着炮孔直径的增大而呈现幂函数式增长,且增长速率有逐渐增大的趋势,并通过拟合得到了二者的三次函数关系式。研究成果能为现场爆破漏斗试验和参数优化提供参考。Blasting funnel test is an important means to determine reasonable blasting parameters,and the hole diameter will affect the results of blasting funnel test.In order to study the influence of the hole diameters on the test results of the blasting funnel,the numerical simulation software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to establish 6 groups of blasting funnel models with different hole diameters,and the law of the optimal proportional burial depth changing with the hole diameter is obtained through calculation.The results show that the optimal proportional buried depth of the blasting funnel increases as a power function with the in⁃crease of the diameter of the hole,and the growth rate increases gradually.The cubic functional relationship between the two is obtained by fitting.The research results can provide reference for field blasting funnel test and parameter optimization.
