摘 要:为了高效回收利用高氧化率铜钴矿石,针对刚果(金)SICOMINES矿区铜矿石氧化率高、矿石回收效果不理想等问题,进行了浮选+磁选工艺试验研究。浮选阶段以硫氢化钠为硫化剂,戊基黄药为捕收剂,2^(#)油为起泡剂,磁选阶段采用1粗1精1扫磁选流程,最终得到了铜、钴品位分别为60.35%、0.10%,铜、钴回收率分别为21.93%、0.44%的硫化铜精矿;铜、钴品位分别为14.27%、0.66%,铜、钴回收率分别为48.87%、27.95%的氧化铜精矿;铜、钴品位分别为4.38%、0.34%,铜、钴回收率分别为8.53%、8.28%的浮选钴精矿。铜、钴品位分别为2.25%、0.32%,铜、钴回收率分别为5.84%、10.29%的磁选精矿。硫化铜精矿、氧化铜精矿、浮选钴精矿和磁选精矿合计铜总回收率为85.17%,钴总回收率为46.96%,实现了高氧化率矿石的高效回收。In order to efficiently recover and utilize copper-cobalt ore with high oxidation rate,the flo⁃tation+magnetic separation process test is carried out to solve the problems of high oxidation rate of copper ore and unsatisfactory ore recovery effect in SICOMINES mining area of Congo(DRC).In the flotation stage,sodium hydrosulfide is used as the vulcanizing agent,amyl xanthate is used as the collector,and 2^(#)oil is used as the foaming agent.In the magnetic separation stage,the magnetic separation process of one rough⁃ing,one cleaning and one scavenging is adopted.Finally,the copper sulfide concentrate with copper and co⁃balt grade of 60.35%and 0.10%respectively and copper and cobalt recovery of 21.93%and 0.44%respec⁃tively,the copper oxide concentrate with copper and cobalt grade of 14.27%and 0.66%respectively,cop⁃per and cobalt recovery of 48.87%and 27.95%respectively,the flotation cobalt concentrate with copper and cobalt grade of 4.38%and 0.34%respectively,and copper and cobalt recovery rate of 8.53%and 8.28%respectively are obtained,the concentrate with copper and cobalt grade of 2.25%and 0.32%respec⁃tively,copper and cobalt recovery rate of 5.84%and 10.29%respectively is obtained by magnetic separa⁃tion.The total copper recovery rate of copper sulfide concentrate,copper oxide concentrate,flotation cobalt concentrate and magnetic concentrate is 85.17%,and the total cobalt recovery rate is 46.96%,which realiz⁃es the efficient recovery of high oxidation rate ore.
