摘 要:安徽某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿属复杂难选多金属硫化矿,铜铅锌矿物嵌布关系复杂,各矿物之间致密共生,粒度极为不均,综合回收难度大。为提高资源整体综合利用率,针对该矿石性质以Z-200为铜捕收剂,25^(#)黑药为铅捕收剂,丁基黄药为锌硫捕收剂,采用铜铅锌硫依次优先浮选工艺流程,在原矿含铜0.58%、铅0.57%、锌2.50%、硫5.39%的条件下,获得了铜精矿Cu品位18.83%、回收率76.33%,铅精矿Pb品位45.83%、回收率68.58%,锌精矿Zn品位50.25%、回收率87.44%,硫精矿S含量40.89%、回收率44.64%的实验室指标。研究结果为下一步工业化生产提供了指导依据。A copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore in Anhui Province is a complex refractory polymetallic sulfide ore.The dissemination relationship of copper-lead-zinc minerals is complex,the miner⁃als are densely symbiotic,the particle size is extremely uneven,and the comprehensive recovery is difficult.In order to improve the overall comprehensive utilization rate of resources,according to the properties of the ore,Z-200 was used as copper collector,25^(#)aerofloat was used as lead collector,butyl xanthate was used as zinc-sulfur collector,and copper-lead-zinc-sulfur preferential flotation process was adopted.Under the condition of 0.58%copper,0.57%lead,2.50%zinc and 5.39%sulfur in the raw ore,the copper concen⁃trate with Cu grade of 18.83%and recovery of 76.33%,the lead concentrate with Pb grade of 45.83%and re⁃covery of 68.58%,the zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 50.25%and recovery of 87.44%,and sulfur concen⁃trate with S content of 40.89%and recovery rate of 44.64%were obtained by the laboratory experiment.The results could provide guidance for the next industrial production.
