摘 要:磷矿体的构造发育部位往往稳定性差,巷道容易发生冒顶、片帮,支护难度大,严重制约矿山安全生产。为解决摩天冲磷矿地下开采巷道施工中的支护难题,通过对该矿复杂地质条件及施工现状进行综合分析,并对比相似地质条件下的井巷施工及支护方法,决定采用钢拱架、超前短管棚及喷混凝土联合支护方法进行支护。实践证明,在围岩极不稳固的地段用钢拱架、超前短管棚及喷混凝土联合支护,能快速支撑围岩,并对围岩进行封闭,支护体整体强度高,能有效保证巷道安全稳定,保障矿山安全生产。The stability of the structural development parts of the phosphate rock body is often poor,and the roadway is prone to roof fall and rib spalling,and the support is difficult,which seriously restricts the safe production of the mine.In order to solve the support problem in the construction of underground min⁃ing roadway in Motianchong Phosphate Mine,through the comprehensive analysis of the complex geological conditions and construction status of the mine,and comparing the roadway construction and support meth⁃ods under similar geological conditions,it is decided to adopt the combined support method of steel arch,advanced short pipe roof and shotcrete to support the roadway.Practice has proved that the combined support of steel arch,advanced short pipe roof and shotcrete can quickly support the surrounding rock and seal the surrounding rock in the area where the surrounding rock is extremely unstable.The overall strength of the support body is high,which can effectively ensure the safety and stability of the roadway and ensure the safe production of the mine.
