综合灰色关联度分析和优劣解距离法构建灰色TOPSIS(GRA-TOPSIS)模型。 In order to scientifically evaluate the happiness level of river, based on ERG demand theory,24 indicators were selected from five aspects of river and lake water safety, water resources and people's living standards, water environment, water ecology, water culture and degree of harmony of people to build happiness level evaluation system of river.Sequential relationship method(G1)was chosen to determine the subjective weights, and entropy weight method(EWM)was used to determine the objective weights. The combination of game theory with subjective and objective weights was introduced to find the final weights.Integrated grey relation analysis and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution was used to construct GRA-TOPSIS model. This model was applied to evaluate happiness level of the Old Grand Canal in Changzhou City from 2016 to 2020.The results show that the Old Grand Canal happiness level has shifted from a less happy state in 2016 to a happier state in 2020,with the overall happiness level increasing year by year and growing sense of happiness.
