摘 要:为实现绿色市政,节能减排,助力国家“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标,提出了一种将潮汐能与真空预压相结合的软土地基处理技术,该技术可充分利用潮汐水位差对预压场地进行低频循环加载,联合真空预压使软土地基排水固结的同时受到循环压应力作用,加快土颗粒之间孔隙水压力消散速率,促使排水板之间的土体发生水平蠕变,使土体更加密实,提高地基承载力及稳定性的同时减小回弹变形。通过模型试验,该技术能够提高地基承载力,消除大部分地基回弹变形,缩短施工周期,节约投资。结合潮汐特点,拟采用连通器原理将潮汐能应用于滨海地区软土地基处理中,并提出了研究成果转化方案。A soft soil treatment technology combining tidal energy and vacuum pre-pressure is proposed to achieve green municipalities,energy saving and emission reduction,and assist the national"carbon peaking and carbon neutral"strategy.This technique makes full use of the tidal water level difference for the pre-pressure field with low frequency cyclic loading,meanwhile the vacuum pre-pressure enables the soft soil to be drained and consolidated with cyclic compressive stress at the same time.The soil becomes more compact by the pore water pressure between soil particles under cyclic loading dissipates at a rapid rate,prompting horizontal creep in the soil between the drainage boards and improving the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation.Through model tests,it is found that this technology can improve the bearing capacity of the foundation,eliminate most of the foundation rebound deformation,shorten the construction period and save investment.Combining the tidal characteristics,it is proposed to apply the tidal energy to the treatment of soft soil in coastal areas by using the principle of linker,and the transformation scheme of research results is proposed.
