摘 要:为提高箱梁支架的承载力,增强箱梁结构的稳定性,减少桥梁工程中存在的安全隐患,本文引入预应力混凝土悬浇施工原理,以某地区X桥梁工程为例,针对连续箱梁支架施工工艺展开研究。首先对连续箱梁边跨悬浇段进行处理,保证支架地基处理、支架搭设与支座安装的稳定性;然后计算连续箱梁支架承载力,避免支架在实际应用过程中受到的承载力超出其设计范围;最后采用预应力混凝土分层浇筑的方法,进行连续箱梁支架悬浇施工。结果表明:悬浇施工工艺使箱梁支架的顶板应力值由0.37 MPa提升到1.28 MPa,底板应力值由0.39 MPa提升至1.41 MPa,且在预应力荷载不断增加的条件下,箱梁支架未出现明显位移情况,箱梁结构较为稳定,可行性较高。In order to improve the bearing capacity of the box girder support,enhance the stability of the box girder structure and reduce the potential safety problems in the bridge engineering,this paper introduces the construction principle of prestressed concrete suspension casting,and takes the X bridge project in a certain area as an example to study the construction technology of the continuous box girder support.Firstly,the side span suspension casting section of continuous box girder shall be treated to ensure the stability of support foundation treatment,support erection and support installation;then,calculate the bearing capacity of the continuous box girder support to prevent the bearing capacity of the support from exceeding the use range during the actual use;finally,the method of layered pouring of prestressed concrete is adopted to carry out the cantilever pouring construction of continuous box girder support.The results show that the suspended casting construction process has increased the stress value of the top plate of the box girder support from 0.37 MPa to 1.28 MPa,and the stress value of the bottom plate from 0.39 MPa to 1.41 MPa.Moreover,under the trend of increasing prestress load,the box girder support has no obvious displacement,and the box girder structure is relatively stable,with high feasibility.
