摘 要:钢筋混凝土是基础设施建设中的重要组成部分,但钢筋锈蚀导致的工程结构失效问题亟待解决,尤其是滨海地区的钢筋锈蚀最为严重,并且其所导致的钢筋混凝土结构耐久性问题也较为复杂。对此,本文主要介绍了滨海地区和海工结构物中钢筋锈蚀和防护领域的研究现状,以深圳地铁7号线的福民站和港珠澳大桥为研究背景,将滨海地区钢筋混凝土结构所处的环境分为地下区域、水浸区、浪溅区、水位变化区、盐雾区5个腐蚀环境,分析了不同腐蚀环境下钢筋的锈蚀原因、锈蚀速率等,结合工程实例、不同腐蚀环境的钢筋锈蚀特点以及现有的防腐措施对5个腐蚀区域的钢筋锈蚀问题给出了解决办法,为解决滨海地区钢筋混凝土的钢筋锈蚀问题提供参考。Reinforced concrete is an important part of infrastructure construction,but the problem of engineering structure failure caused by steel corrosion remains to be solved,especially in coastal areas where steel corrosion is the most serious,and the durability of reinforced concrete structures caused by it is also more complex.This paper mainly introduces the research status of steel reinforcement corrosion and protection in coastal areas and marine structures,takes Fumin Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 7 and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as the research background,and divides the environment of reinforced concrete structures in coastal areas into five corrosive environments:underground area,water immersion area,splash area,water level change area and salt fog area,analyzes the corrosion causes and corrosion rates of steel bars in different corrosive environments.Combined with engineering examples,the characteristics of steel corrosion in different corrosion environments and the existing anti-corrosion measures,it gives the solutions to the problem of steel corrosion in five corrosion areas,and provides a reference for solving the problem of steel corrosion in reinforced concrete in coastal areas.
