摘  要:内装式永磁提升机,将永磁直驱电机集成于提升机内部,不仅具有永磁直驱传动方式效率高、功率因素高、故障率低、可靠性高、起动性能好和振动噪音小等优点;而且系统结构上减少了电机部分基建占地面积,转矩直接作用于提升机卷筒上,减少中间环节能量传递损失,进一步提高系统传动效率。现采用集中绕组定子+嵌入式磁极转子技术方案,相比分布绕组定子+表贴式永磁体转子技术方案,具有可靠性高、永磁体抗氧化退磁能力强和控制分辨率高等优点。最终成功开发出样机,并进行了试验,试验参数基本都符合要求,证明了内装式提升机采用集中绕组定子+嵌入式磁极转子技术路线方案可行性。The internally-mounted permanent-magnet hoister integrates a permanent-magnet direct drive motor into its interior,which not only has the advantages in permanent-magnet direct drive mode such as high efficiency,high power factor,low failure rate,high reliability,good starting performance,low vibration and low noise,but also has the advantages in system structure such as reducing the infrastructure footprint of motor,directly acting on the hoister drum,reducing the energy transmission losses in intermediate links and further improving the system transmission efficiency.This paper adopts the technology scheme of the concentrated windings stator+embedded magnetic pole rotor,which has the advantages of the high reliability,the strong capabilities resistance to oxidation and demagnetization of permanent magnets and the high control resolution.Finally,a prototype was successfully developed and tested,and the experimental parameters of which were basically qualified.It proves the feasibility of technical scheme of internally-mounted hoister adopting the centralized windings stator+embedded magnetic pole rotor.
