摘　　要：磁性槽楔可以提高电机效率、降低温升,但长期运行后磁性槽楔易出现脱落现象。现分析了磁性槽楔脱落的主要原因,提出了几项可行的预防措施,并将其应用于电机制造中,通过电机使用证明能显著预防磁性槽楔的脱落。The magnetic slot wedge can improve the efficiency of electrical motor and reduce temperature rise of electric motor,but it is easy to fall off after the prolonged operation.This paper analyzes the main detachment reasons of magnetic slot wedge,and proposes several feasible preventive measures to apply them in motor manufacturing.It has been proved that the magnetic slot wedge can significantly prevent from falling off through the use of the motor.
