煤矿用隔爆型电动机内置加热带的研究

摘　　要：随着科技的进步,煤矿用隔爆型电动机内部增加了加热带,为了保证隔爆型电动机的整体隔爆性能,根据爆炸性环境用GB/T 3836系列标准,针对加热带温度过高带来的危害进行了详细分析,制定出符合防爆要求的方案,确保了煤矿用隔爆型电动机的内置加热带的安全运行。With the progress of science and technology,the heating belts have been added inside the flameproof motor in coal mine.In order to ensure the overall flameproof performance of the motor,this paper detailed analyzes the harm of excessive-temperature heating belt according to GB/T 3836 series standards applied in explosive environment,and develops a scheme which meeting the explosion-proof requirements.It ensures the safe operation of internal heating belt of flameproof motor used in coal mine.
