除尘风机机壳剧烈振动原因分析及故障处理

摘　　要：除尘风机出现机壳剧烈振动故障会直接影响到系统正常稳定运行,并不利于安全生产。因此需要对除尘风机机壳出现剧烈振动问题的原因进行深入研究,并结合具体情况制定出性质有效的故障处理对策。现以某工程除尘风机运行期间出现的剧烈振动故障为例,深入研究机壳剧烈振动的特征与原因。研究结果表明除尘风机剧烈振动原因有多种,如机械故障、安装故障以及电气故障等。案例为机械故障中的轴承故障导致,可通过轴颈部位补焊、更换新轴承等方法解决。The severe vibration failure of the enclosure of dust-proof fan will directly affect the normal and stable operation of the system,which is not conducive to safe production.Therefore,it is necessary to research its causes in depth and formulate the effective fault handling measures according to the specific situation.Taking a severe vibration failure of a dust-proof fan during operation as an example,this paper deeply research the characteristics and causes of the severe vibration.The results show that there are many reasons for the severe vibration of dust-proof fan such as mechanical failure,installation failure and electrical failure.This case is caused by the bearing failure in the mechanical failures,which can be solved by repairing welding at the shaft neck position,replacing the new bearings and other methods.
