摘　　要：随着永磁材料、技术的不断发展,现代永磁电机的能力越来越强。为了提升大型永磁电机制造的技术水平,分别从定子、转子和总装配的角度,分析了大型永磁电机制造的关键工艺。尝试进行生产工艺的优化和研究,为提升大型永磁电机的性能和可靠性打下良好的基础。With the continuous developments of permanent-magnet materials and technology,the capability of modern permanent-magnet motors is getting stronger and stronger.In order to improve the technical level of manufacturing large permanent-magnet motor,this paper analyzes the key process of manufacturing it from the angle of stator,rotor and final assemblies,and try to optimize and study the production process,which lays a good foundation for the performance and reliability improvements of large permanent-magnet motors.
